POPSICLE: The Streetwear Fashion Show
Renaissance Curls is happy to announce our participation in POPSICLE: The Streetwear Fashion Show. On Saturday, August 1st at Jackie Robinson Park Plaza, Bridging Structural Holes, Inc. is hosting an outdoor celebration of Black culture and style. Experience incredible Black fashion designers, custom apparel, and high-energy runway looks brought to life exclusively by models from elite HBCU modeling troupes.
General admission to this event is free and open to the public, and tickets for runway seating start at $33. Come out, support, and celebrate the vibe with us right here in Harlem!

Booking Natural Hair Twists at Renaissance Curls
As seen above, your hair thickness helps decide which twist style works best for you. Here are the twist options we offer:
XL Twists (6–15 twists) — about 1 hour 15 minutes
Large Twists (15–25 twists) — about 1 hour 15 minutes
Medium Twists (25–50 twists) — about 1 hour 30 minutes
Small Twists (50–75 twists) — about 2 hours
XS Twists (75–100 twists) — about 2 hours 30 minutes
Mini Twists (100–125 twists) — about 2 hours 30 minutes
Have thick hair? Go with Large or Medium Twists. They're faster to style and easy to take down for a wash-and-go look.
Have fine hair? Try Small or Mini Twists. They give more scalp coverage and help your style last longer.
Want a very specific look? Here's what to do before your next appointment:
Email us. Send your twist inspiration photos and a photo of your loose natural hair to [email protected]. We'll help you pick the right size.
Plan your time. The times listed above are estimates. They can change based on how long, thick, or healthy your hair is. Your stylist will let you know if more time is needed.
