Salon Policy Updates

Reminder: We are a Team Based Salon

Our salon takes a team-based approach, so you may receive care from multiple stylists during your visit. One may handle your wash, another may focus on treatments or prep, and another will bring your look to life with the final style or cut. If you have any questions regarding your upcoming services, please email us.

Color Services Update:

Beginning next month, all color clients who have not pre-requested a style (such as a blowout, twists, etc.), will receive the default style of 2 simple braids. Your final total will reflect the charge for this add-on ($30.00)

Detangling Policy Reminder:

We request that all clients arrive with their hair fully detangled and separated as much as possible, to ensure we can start appointments on time. For clients who’s curls may require extra attention (such as extreme density, length, or tangling) a service fee will be charged for the additional labor. These fees may vary, from $15-$50, dependent upon the state of the hair.

Please note, if your detangling exceeds 30 minutes, your service may be adjusted based on the amount of time left in the appointment.

Cancellation Policy Update:

All cancellations less than 24 hours from a scheduled appointment, will now to be subject to a $60.00 fee. For appointments rescheduled more than 24 hours prior, your deposit will be kept and applied to your next booking.

Lateness Policy Update:

To ensure that all client receive the best possible experience, clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late to their appointment will be charged a $15.00 lateness fee, and $30.00 will be charged if you arrive 20 minutes late. Arriving after 30 minutes will result in a $40.00 fee, and your appointment may be rescheduled in order to prevent disruption for scheduled clients.

No Show Policy:

Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment, without prior notification, will be considered a No Show client. In extreme cases, repeated no-shows may result in being banned from our books at the discretion of your professional.
